Man versus women, strange versus familiar, christian versus muslim, young versus old, police versus civilians, countryside people opposing those from the city, rich dominating poor, West fighting East. All of these polarisations have a strong impact on what we trust to be 'our' identity.
It's all natural – but it can lead us into the most extreme and even violent situations. For those circumstances we need fundamental insights, proper answers and a well tested polarisation strategy.
